The Controller’s Office launched a Leadership Development Program in 2017 based on John Maxwell’s “5 Levels of Leadership”. This program involves a cohort of 10-12 individuals from the Controller’s Office departments who have exhibited leadership characteristics as people managers or individual contributors. The program is held annually with a new class. It is conducted over the academic year, fostering unity with the group and in-depth learning and real-time implementation of the concepts.
Our goal is to prepare our team members to be successful leaders as they advance throughout their careers.
