Getting members to know each other better enhances how they interact, communicate, understand, and work together. We are a "Best Place to Work" when we feel valued, respected, heard, understood, and appreciated by our co-workers.
A key part of "Celebrating Our Differences" is understanding how our friends and co-workers see and perceive things so that we can improve communication, interactions, and relationships."
